For the past month, Woller-Anger & Company has been the lead coordinator in the community for a book drive to benefit NextDoor Foundation. We collected 2,038 books, which is the largest drive in NextDoor Foundation’s history. These books, combined with adult education, family support and research-based programming, will help children in Milwaukee’s Central City to close the achievement gap and focus on a bright future.
Woller-Anger would like to thank the following for help in collecting books — Elm Grove Community United Methodist Church; Elm Grove Boy Scout Troop #156; Crumby Art Bakehouse; St. Mary’s Visitation School; Penelope’s Restaurant; Patched Works Quilt Shop; Elm Grove Village Hall; Marine Bank; Silver Spur, Great Harvest Bread, The Chocolate Factory, Elliott’s Ace Hardware, Mukwonago Cub Scout Pack #29 and West Bend Mutual Insurance. And, a big thank you to the community for supporting this great cause with your book donations.
